Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

We at Threads and Tassels do our very best to deliver quality products for your spaces. On the off chance that you aren't satisfied with your purchased products please do refer to our Returns, Exchanges and Refunds policy given below:

 

Making returns easy and hassle-free!

  • In case you are unsure about a purchase or want to alter your order you are free to cancel the order within 24 hours of placing it. This is only applicable if the order hasn't been shipped.
  • If you want to return an order that has been received by you then you must raise a return request within 7 days of receiving it.
  • We allow our patrons residing in India to make returns at absolutely no cost.
  • Once we receive the returned item(s) in our warehouse, the item(s) go through a quality check.
  • If the item(s) pass the quality check and are deemed damage-free we will initiate the exchange/refund process in 5-7 working days.
  • The refund can be in the form of a bank transfer or store credit. In the case of bank transfer, it may take 5-7 business days to reflect the refunded amount in your account.
  • For international orders, the cost of the return must be borne by the customer themself.

 

Quality-check of returned items:

  • The returned item(s) must be in the same condition as it was when delivered to you.
  • We request you to not use, wash, alter/tamper or soil the item(s) before returning them.
  • The item(s) must be blemish-free and without any tears or cuts.
  • The items must be in their original packaging and must possess all the tags & labels showing the product details, care and quality information

 

Damaged/defective items:

  • In the unfortunate event that you receive a damaged/defective item, please notify us of the defect within 48 hours of receipt of the rug. We might request you to share the picture of the damaged item at help@threadsandtassels.com
  • After examining the item and deeming the defect/damage as a manufacturing defect, we will replace it without any charge.
