• We do not employ anyone under the age of 18 in our factories, warehouses, showrooms or otherwise. We are completely against child labour and hence no child labour has been employed in the making of the products.

• Hand-wash or machine wash the rug separately in cold water or at 31ºC max on gentle cycle.
• Chlorine-free mild detergent works best for hand and machine wash.     
• Wash on short cycle.                                                                                 
• Tumble dry at low temperature.                                                                
• Do not iron the rug.                                                                                  
• Avoid continuous exposure to sun.                                                           
• Cut the loose threads, never pull them.   
• Sweep the rug with a stiff broom and use vacuum cleaner regularly.       
• Use Masking Tape or                                                                            
• Lint Roller to remove Fluff & Lint.                                                            
• Keep away from fire.                                                                                   

*Creases develop when rugs are folded and stored. Before using, we recommend that you tumble the rug in a dryer which would effectively help in removing the creases. You can also run your hands over the creases and shake the rugs in an open area.
